Why would your email from the commissioner announcing the start of a season “packed with appealing stories” and “remarkable talent . . . across the league” and thanking ALL fans for following NBA be accompanied by a graphic of only nationally broadcast games (of the same teams) for opening week? Include the schedule of each team’s first game to get your full audience engaged in the season. We are supposed to be paying for the NBA league pass to watch all of our team’s games, right? Now (some of) ‘the rest of us’ are just getting tired of giving you money for no team recognition in ads and emails like this one that are meant to excite us. Do better.
