Hey all. So I am currently running a r720 (8x3.5 variant), rpi4, and my router is on a antsle fanless box. All 10GB except the rpi of course.

I recently moved into a new house and space is limited and hd to put my rack in my office. Well, my office now gets up to 82 degrees and I can’t stand it. The main culprit for heat is the r720.

So for this reason I am considering going to a 3-4 mini cluster.

But, I still want ample 3.5" storage. How are you guys who are running minis, also doing storage? Jbod enclosures?
