Car starts shaking when AC compressor start in idle RPM drops by 200

Everytime ac compressor turns on car starts shaking and rpm drops by 200 from normal. Compressor turns rpm goes back to normal car stops shaking. Replaced mounts, cleaned maf sensor, checked spark plugs.
Please help.
