To start, I want to acknowledge this isn’t a unique effort.

But everything I’ve seen is general (essentially ChatGPT wrapper/ clones), or self-service and too hard for most orgs to implement themselves.
My goal is to find niche use-cases to build a UX and train the Private GPTs for businesses. Then in the future productize into a SaaS. Like Paul Graham says “Do things that don’t scale.”

I started by reaching out to small companies that have money to spend. So I’ve talked to lawyers, doctors, and engineers in my network.

So far I’ve taken a hybrid consulting and SaaS approach. I’ve been teaching them the possibilities of an LLM in their work and then building a custom product for them.

From this, I’ve been helping lawyers write a very specific insurance letter.
