2015 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor. No communication with any modules

Not sure of the back story of this vehicle. The story is that it went to the dealer to replace a light. Drove home then completely died. Vehicle will not start, dash board is not turning on. I plugged in Forscan and it doesn’t see any modules. Well after I unplugged & plugged in the battery multiple times, two times it “saw” just the PCM, got the VIN but that was it, didn’t even pull the dtc codes or anything off of it. I’m getting 12V at the OBD port. Any ideas of what could interrupt the canbus lan in these vehicles?
