I have a 2000 Lexus Es300 that I bought in May as a way of getting around for a job I got. It had a little over 184000km on the ODO and cost me about 1.5k + a 2k repair I was made aware of before purchase to have it safetied. After a lot of driving during the summer for my job, the car now sits at 1950000km. Within the past two months, I’ve spent more than the car’s initial value on wheel bearings, sway bar links, a leveling sensor, a power steering hose, a coolant clamp (not significant), and am now being told my front sway bar links and a front toe link have play as well. So with all that being said, how would you all proceed? I read up before purchasing the car and was told es300’s are as tough as camry’s - is my car a “lemon”? Would it be smarter to run this car into the ground or sell it while it might have value and buy something like an old civic? Im open to any suggestions - the car is beginning to put a hole in my bank account and I’m not sure if these are common issues or I just got a dud.

Thank you!
