I am based in FL, and I am in the consumer electronic wholesale industry.

I just started my own business and I am looking for recommendations for bank. Looking now into, Relay, Mercury, and Capital One. Currently banking with Wells Fargo but there are inconvenience. Things that I need are:

• Quick incoming wire, and quick outgoing wire/next-dayACH: most of the times whenever a domestic customer sent me a wire, I will receive it within 5-10 minutes in my wells Fargo account, and that’s the same case when I made a wire to my domestic suppliers, they received them within 5-10 minutes, and for international suppliers the next following day. I would like to keep it this way or faster if possible (there is no instant transfer yet in the US~).
• Low-cost Wire, or preferably FREE Wire: currently, Wells Fargo limits me for online wire transfer an amount of $100k daily and $300k for the recurring 30 days, each wire costing me $25; which I hate BOTH the limit and the fee. In order to do wire transfer with no limit, I have to call Wells Fargo and spend 5-10 minutes on the phone, and phone call wire transfer cost even more, $40 EACH! I see that both Relay and Mercury offers free wire, I was wondering if, they set any limit like Wells Fargo?
• Free Incoming Wire for both Domestic and International: I receive wire transfer both domestically and internationally from South America, Wells Fargo currently provides me with free all incoming wires, which I appreciate it.
• Ability to Schedule ACH / Wire Transfer from the Phone: It can be either through an App or browser, I am fine with either but I would like to be able to make payment transfer from my phone while I am not in front of a computer.
• Security and Security, and customer service if needed: Obviously no one wants to receive fraudulent charges, or get their account and money stolen. I haven’t run into a situation where I need to talk to a customer service, but obviously important to be able to reach out to someone whenever you need.
• Saving account option: So I can transfer most of the money from the checking to saving, and provide peace of mind against someone trying to ACH transfer my money from my checking account out.

I don’t really deposit cash, very rare occasion I accept checks as well. Don’t really need a debit card neither or ATM withdrawal.

I think this is it, please share with me with your experience and recommendation for a bank that can suit better my needs.
