Help needed with a publicly hosted dedicated server design! Will this even work?

So I recently purchased a new dedicated server at a hosting company to retire a couple older ones that were strictly running ESXi 6.7 and VMs. Decided to go the docker route but the networking component is something new to me. Does this even work?
