He is currently tied for 6th in ppg, 3rd in apg, 7th in 3pt %, 11th in freethrow %, and 20th in FG%… And has improved his assist to ToV ratio to 2.94!
This kind of production combined with efficiency is unheard of… The last time someone averaged 29ppg and at least 10.3apg was James Harden in his MVP season in 2016-2017, but at a much lower FG% of 44%, 3pt% of 34.7% and ft% of 84.7%.
Can’t wait to see him start getting his annual 40 and 50pt games, but this time in higher efficiency, wc means less energy expelled and a more rested Booker by the time the playoffs roll in :-)
If he can keep this up all season long, he makes a serious case for MVP despite Jokic averaging a triple double TBH, especially with his kind of efficiency from all over the court and a higher scoring average… can’t wait to see Book win an MVP soon, if not this season!
Go Book and Go Suns!!!
Hmmmm…I just went through all my posts and haven’t posted anything about the Suns having the best defense this regular season… You sure you got the right guy? ;-)
In any case, I don’t see anything wrong with celebrating the Suns success and any individual players performances and wishing them luck for the future and looking forward to them getting even better in the future :-) I mean that’s what fans are supposed to do right? ;-)
For the record though, I said the Suns will be a lock for top 4 despite having a losing record for October and that November will be a winning month for them and they will be above .500 with Book being back :-)
So yeah, I’m real excited to see that happen and to cheer the Suns on and see even better things from the team the more playing time they get together and develop better chemistry :-)
So yep, not sure what’s your point man. I’m just a happy Suns fan celebrating their success and looking forward to more of their success :-) GO SUNS!!!
