AppleTV 4k remote

  • Volume works, the TV volume goes up and down
  • Holding Menu + Vol+ for 5 seconds causes the AppleTV to reboot
  • Menu doesn’t do anything
  • Touchpad doesn’t do anything

Any troubleshooting ideas to get this working again?

    Yes I charged many days and rebooted many times before asking
