    Incorrect.

    Harris will hire a GM and he will make the decision to fire Ron or not. That new GM will likely already have a head coach in mind.

      Ron is the de facto GM. You have to fire him to hire a new GM.

        Josh is the owner. If he wants to strip the title from Ron and replace him with a real GM he will.
