Anybody here do yoga regularly? Think it would help beal with his back?

    Not OP, but for me all my back problems are caused by tightness in my hamstrings pulling my lower back muscles after playing bball/running. Legs up on the wall to stretch hamstrings. Cat/cow back stretches (some call it yoga). Hold Childs pose for a while.
