Afaik Polish youtuber Marvecc named this item “Rewolwer z Piltover” which means “Revolver from Piltover” or “Piltovan Revolver” or “Piltover’s Revolver” Which would be much cooler name and he could have more insider info, but we will see whether this is placeholder name or not.
