Reaves is obviously my favorite player and it’s very early, but AR is not getting an appropriate role in the offense with this starting lineup. Conversely, Gabe Vincent is getting too large of a role offensively with the bench unit. Swapping Reaves for Gabe makes a ton of sense to me.
Vincent/D’lo/Prince/Bron/AD
Reaves/Reddish or Christie/Vando/Rui/Wood or Hayes
That is the most logical rotation to me. Vincent gets the toughest guard matchup defensively. Reaves saves his legs for offense.
Obviously AR would close games and play 30+ minutes, but he’d be better utilized getting less minutes with D’lo/Bron/AD.
Not only is he too deferential to D’lo, he’s too deferential to Lebron and AD too. Playing all 4 together has too much overlap.
