Validating a long stay visa- HELP

I have a travilleuse temporaire visa for France and was told that I have 3 months to validate it from my arrival in france (1st Sep 2023). However, I attempted to do this on the étrangers en france site today and after the page asking for my date of arrival and address in France I am met with a blank page and the tab reading ‘erreur’.

Does anyone have any advice what to do in this situation? I only have a couple more days to validate the visa so I am slightly worried.

I entered france exactly on my visa start date! Honestly I’m having big regrets about not doing this earlier… Contacted several different email addresses, praying I get a response fairly soon!
