It’s time to send my watch for service. I had visited the factory in Glasshutte (loved it) and live in the US. Did any of you have a good experience sending to Swatch Group U.S.? Or would they send the watch back to Germany?

Thanks for sharing your experience. So, I was told to send the watch to CA, which I did overnight. They told me they only service the high-end watches in NJ, so off to NJ, it goes. I’ll post here about my experience once completed.
