My 7 year old nephew has just started playing a couple of weeks ago and is apparently already obsessed. So I’m sending him a minecraft birthday card and wanted to write the following in it. I know NOTHING about minecraft though so my question is, would a 7 year old who’s only been playing a couple of weeks get it? Or are redstones or diamonds only something you come across later in the game?

Redstones are red

Diamonds are Blue

Minecraft is awesome
