The last thing we need is to trade our only other play maker for a chucker who doesn’t play D. We would also have to give up Rui and someone else, so I don’t see how this really benefits us. I’ve been vocal about wanting to trade DLo since the western conference finals and I still think we should, but we need an playmaker in return
Exactly all those guys you just named are pure scorers who can sleep walk to 20 points any night and they don’t need to be spoonfed or created for, they get their own shots by themselves the majority of the time
Lakers desperately need that, shot creation on this team is so minimal rn. Whenever DLo and Reaves face good/physical defenders you can see they struggle, their handle becomes so shaky and they can’t get by their own man
There’s only one ball though. And when they’re inefficient they turn into black holes and we’re back to square one.
