Let’s be real, MLF should never have been fired. Watch the All-22. He had a creative scheme with guys running open almost every play. His problem was he did not have a QB. Zach Wilson was horrible. Whenever a HEALTHY backup came in (Flacco, MW, Josh Johnson) the offense actually moved the ball. Zach was the issue and MLF was the scape goat. Look how MLF is doing in LA. This fanbase was utterly BAMBOOZLED dare I say HOODWINKED into actually believing MLF was the issue. I’ll tell you right now Saleh never wanted to fire MLF. The move was FORCED. To LURE ROGERS here by hiring Hackett. Borderline tampering I would say. There should have been an investigation if we are being honest. Anyways, when you scape goat people not at fault, tell a coach who he has to hire and fire, this is what you get. Woody Johnson and Joe Douglas are squarely at fault for this disaster of a season. And to conclude we better take a quarterback ROUND 1 OF THIS DRAFT. No excuses, absolutely none. We have the opportunity to do things the right way. Draft a talented QB, let him sit for 1-2 years (behind a legend), and then let him take over.

Why are you assuming it was Saleh that developed these guys like Quincy, Huff and Carter? Just because he came in as a defensive coach doesn’t mean he holds all that responsibility and credit.

I can assure you Ulbrich and the position coaches hold a great deal of that credit and success.
