So I’m just now getting to tonight’s loss. And I won’t lie, I’ll take the outcome… tonight seemed to be what life would be like if we put it in the hands of our young core. Of course, we still had DB out there (thank god!). But still… JG probably had his best game as a rocket. This MFer took CONTROL of the offense tonight. Against a contender! Defense still needs work but I love the streak this kid is on. And Al-P… don’t get me started. Once his IQ gets even higher. He’ll be at Jokic level. No doubt. But his progression is on the team. The better they do. The more he’ll understand what to do and what not to do as a star player. But this was a step forward. Especially with how absolutely SLOPPY we played in the 1st quarter. I’m still impressed with this team’s progression…
