Who are the free agents we are clearing all this cap space to sign next year?

Why does it feel like we are giving up one of Joel’s prime years for more uncertainty?

I understand it was over with James and we had to move him, but i feel like we aren’t any closer to being an actual contender for a title and have no idea who is available to make us an actual contender.
