Flow back issue : Starting problem

Hi guys, I’m experiencing an issue, My fuel is losing pressure after shutting off the engine. It’s as if its flowing back to the tank after a while. so like in an hour when I come to turn the car on, it starts cranking for 4-5 seconds before turning on. The whole Fuel pump has been changed 3 times but the issue comes back in less than a week.

Please help.

Since my lexus has been imported from USA, into Dubai. The dealers here don’t accept it. So I took it to local garages for diagnosis.
