Hog’s breather having a resource meter gives him more options and he doesn’t just get hard countered by stuns.

Why not give Reinhardt’s charge a resource meter as well? Since you can cancel the charge already, you might as well give it a resource meter. This would be a really good and fun way to buff Rein. Good Reins will have more options and can play more aggressive and unpredictable! Buffing his shield over and over again is lame and uncreative. The goal of OW2 was to limit shield play in the first place.
