I’m sad, you’re sad, we’re all sad. At least we don’t stock up on ED medication in the event of a natural disaster.

My takeaways from the pod:

- Only 2 fast break points?!? Two?!?!?

- Sabonis is a big we frequently struggle against. His strength and craftiness was on display last night. Unfortunately, over the next four games, we are slated to face three more bigs- Ayton, Jokic, and Embiid- who give us trouble.

- Caris continues to be a bright spot. He’s sitting in the top two for 6th man of the year (with Hardaway Jr.).

- Niang had his first solid, consistent scoring game for the Cavs this season.

- Draymond Green and Steve Kerr are disingenuous bitches.

Cavs continue the win-loss-win-loss pattern going for the young season. Which means we have good news coming as we head to Portland. I’m thankful for that as I’ll be at the game, cheering as obnoxiously as I can and heckling Mr. Big Shot.

LeVert off the bench is 18/4/4, and essentially creates ALL of his own offense. He’s almost never set up by someone else. Meanwhile, everyone besides Donovan and Garland (and sometimes Strus) needs someone to set them up to get a good look. He’s been consistent, he hustles, and he keeps his head up when his shot isn’t falling.

Also, I never said Ayton is good. I said he has good games against the Cavs.
