Yeah. Why go through all the effort to cover up the true nature of your actions if your beliefs and views are so much more balanced. While the speech here may be more absolutist, I don’t think other people who don’t factor in these untruths or use them to make their points have much to add to the conversation. I think that blurb is referencing the Doomsday Clock:

That’s my understanding as well, about putting blood on the door frame. I omitted that. You may be correct about the rest.

At the Jewish holiday of Passover, as the story goes, the final act of God to convince the Egyptian Pharoah to free the Jewish slaves was to send an “angel of death” to slaughter all the first born children of the Egyptians. The Jews would be spared, or passed over.

I know you only asked if this headline was something of a joke, but I wanted to add a little context, maybe it’s relevant maybe it’s not. I think it is. I think it’s the kind of thinking that allows one to overlook these kinds of atrocities. Even call out others for their concern over your actions that are harming innocent people. Religion is cancer.

Maybe it’s because it’s a definitive version and not the original release.

They’ve been messing around with Tetris this entire generation. So many better Tetris games have existed before and we got stuck with Tetris 99 (which admittedly isn’t the worst, just distracting imo), Tetris Effect (more distractions, less fun), and a slew of ancient games, some connected to pay services.

My favorite Tetris of all time, and I’m no master, is The New Tetris, from N64. Its feature of block making (4x4 constructions) was very interesting. Some Tetris games since then have implemented their own unique features, some more interesting than others. All of these games have been tabled in favor of those others I mentioned, with the closest being another flop imo, Puyo Puyo Tetris. Some garbage combination with terrible graphics.

Tetris has been done dirty over the last several years. And, this latest game, Tetris Forever, looks like a tribute to that terribleness!

Rockstar expectations be pretty low these days. They just removed the name of the developer from the recent GTA remakes. I don’t know about this company anymore.
