And this is different to the problems with GCE Live (aka Heritage Live):

Walk? They’ll drive if old enough or get lifts if not. MPs have totally failed to make most schools safe for walking and cycling, plus “parental choice” leads to people sending their children to non-local schools and then pleading they have to drive to drop kids off before work. Maybe they should fix that too?

Not a waste of time for them. They got your nose. And data.

So RUK & Labour combine to champion motoring and harm walking & cycling. Evil, eh?

Nah, they leave the lobbying to their employees or front organisations.

Not that recent, but yes. Early reports suggested an unregistered vape shop caught fire in Glasgow. The fires in that city are thought to be symptoms of various ttings, summarised in Why do Glasgow’s historic buildings keep catching fire? - BBC News
Edinburgh has some similar features, but maybe it just got unlucky with this fire. We’ll see.

What do you feel is “a decent minority” that could prevent it? I think I’d say that Farage’s recent poll numbers are easily sufficient, but if his latest alleged corruption is found to be real and it halves them, then I’d say that wasn’t enough to prevent class consciousness.
In other words: I really disagree with your generalisation being permanent. Things change in politics and sometimes it’s even for the better.

Understood. Filed under “insufficient deterrents”.

Right or wrong, it’s bizarre to make an overgeneralised statement accusing others of bigotry.
Especially someone who typos.

Reform UK Ltd MPs are already trotting that line out in morning TV interviews.

Nothing is guaranteed in UK politics. Imagine if he loses to the Count!

I think the current requirement is something like smart business wear, but Count Binface has been wearing that for his work for seven years, so who knows?

Not more likely ignored because many abuse victims are still ignored?

Well the streets are pretty safe!
The “how did they steal it” is probably by copying someone they saw. There’s enough hire bikes being ridden around with the locks clicking away or alarms beeping after being forced that it’s probably not much of a secret any more.

“undermine investment”? Undermine investment in so-called advice from former Prime Minsters, perhaps? I understand rich people have invested a lot in that.

Yes, Palantir already have their hooks into the NHS. The data is very attractive to them.
It’s a bit of the case that they don’t have many ways to restrict use and this is one of the few that they do, so it gets used.
But I agree that the private owners of water supply companies don’t seem to have spent enough on maintenance or supply storage.
