You know the culture is actually damn good, the team is still mediocre with no true consistent playoff success, the O-line continues to be horrible, something that hasn’t seemed to change since we snapped Alex Smiths leg. For Ron being a “defensive minded guy” it surprises me less and less when this team gets blown out. Ron is dogshit and his coaching record proves it, anyone talking about him as a person can go fuck themselves. I want someone who can lead a team to winning games and a championship, not some motivational cheerleader who doesn’t have the balls to even give a speech at halftime during a blowout.
