Maybe not below diamond where you can just spam agains predictable players but as a gm dps I would simply never go near him because he is too hard for me to play; if you miss anything you get punished, he has a pretty big hit box and his only way of escaping is his mines, which he also needs to confirm kills a lot of the time. He’s also useless at long range so he often has to overextend, and if he can’t confirm kills, he dies
Imo jankrat is top 5 highest skill ceiling hero in the game having to lead your grenades in both traveltime and travel arc is very hard to land accurately
Managing the cooldown of your mine incase you need to chase down a target or make a quick escape and launching yourself properly
The tire has very high value but only if you use it properly too many times have a seen a junkrat use thier ult in the open and send the tire straight into the front like and end up dying because your a sitting duck
