Um hi I was using my phone like I always do when very suddenly my phone screen goes black and when I press the turn on button again, this happens.

My clock stops working, when I slide down the panel where the brightness switch and many other buttons are located like the wifi, my screen get transparent when I slide down to see the notification and Idk if is a good idea to turn off my phone.

Pd:I have a Samsung A72 and I recently install the last update that my phone receive.
