For instance, Doomfist is scary because of his ideology; the concept of using conflict to further humanity implies a never-ending wave of war where if you aren’t strong, you will suffer or die.
Mercy is claimed to be a high moral, ethical doctor and also a pacifist.
But it turned out she invented a beam that enabled her allies to kill better, she still carried a gun in battle. She also turned one of her patients into a living weapon.
