Going to be a lot of upset fans here.

At the end of the day, it was inevitable Ridder was coming back. As much as fans want to be in an uproar that Heinike should be the guy, 55 passing yards over 3 quarters is not going to help us win any games. No matter if he has any turnovers or not.

Would love nothing more than for our guy to develop over these next few games and potentially earn the chance to really become the guy. Getting benched may have been a learning experience. Hopefully our coach can get his head out of his ass and figure out the offense.

At the end of the day if he does struggle, it’s Draft Season and let’s get our guy (if that’s the case hopefully that comes with a real OC and a QB Coach or a HC that can call a rounded game if Smith is gone)

All in all, Rise Up boys. Let’s get it Ridder. And may a Saints be blessed with a giant L.

Not even mad about it, ridder needed to be benched, if he comes back and balls out, great it had the desired affect, if not, that’s cool to because Heineke was never a long term solution and we draft a qb. What I’m pissed about is the staff leaking this info on the one Sunday of the season I don’t have to suffer through the Falcons carousel of embarrassing scenarios. The fans need a bye week too Arthur.
