On the one hand, yea I’m kinda mad we won. On the other hand, it was against the Commies + their coach is gonna get fired because of this. Also, wasn’t Mahomes the 10th pick? Now he’s the top QB in the league*. Jalen Hurts? 53rd pick. Josh Allen? 7th pick. Herbert? 6th. Rodgers? 24th. Jackson? 32nd. Only Lawrence and Burrow are top-10 QBs that were picked 1st overall.
What I’m trying to get at is that it’s not as important to have the top pick as much as how well we can develop our QB prospect. Get a QB with good measurables and high IQ. I’m sure Daboll could work out any kinks that are negative.
