My mom’s newly bought iPhone 15 Pro Max mother board broke in the first 2 weeks, we wanted to repair it but they said it will change the serial number which my mom does not want. We tried to get a replacement, which did not happen because of a shitty situation with apple service, and the person said that it doesn’t change the serial number. Which is it? Does it or does it not?
it just broke down on itself, we didn’t do anything and they don’t want to replace it for us :(
