Alls I’m hearing today is how the bills “dominated the jets” and I’m just not seeing it.
Our historically bad offense lopsided the game so hard and greatly inflated the stats of the Bills offense. 3 of our turnovers set them up inside the 30. Then our third string QB threw a pick setting them up for another 3 to top it off. Bills offense held the ball for 36 minutes to the jets 23. No defense is holding the gates for that long.
The bills were 1/4 on red zone trips and 5/13 on third down. 80 yards of offense went on one play and if it wasn’t for that play then none of their receivers are over 50 yards on the day. Garbage time runs put them over 100 rushing. There was not a single drive where they marched down the field. One game against a lopsided jets team with a historically bad offense has made r/nfl forget that the bills have looked completely lost against every contending team they’ve come up against
Agreed. Defense looked exhausted and no one should blame them.
