Seriously, this is how I feel right now. We are VERY likely going to have our 5th consecutive season with 10+ losses. The most consecutive 10 loss seasons we’ve had previously was 2 in 2010 and 2011. Now, in the interest of fairness this IS partially due to the expanded regular season because last year we somehow got 7 wins, but this is the worst stretch in the team’s history as historically we’ve typically bottomed out at mediocre as opposed to flat out god awful. There was always a glimmer of hope that we could eventually put it together and become a team that sustained success and just needed the right pieces.

I’m genuinely worried it’s only going to get worse. There’s just nothing to get excited about. The closest thing I can think of is hoping Bryce rebounds but even then with how depleted our roster is we may not ever be good during his rookie contract. Things feel hopeless. More hopeless than under the forehead of Matt freaking Rhule. Sorry for the negativity but needed to vent.
