this item is made to mimic how athene’s unholy grail was. and the item was liked so much by enchanters who go aggressive so they can provide healing.

echoes of helia when it was introduced it provided both healing and damage with high numbers which made it so strong on the users who can min max it (like sona) while being relatively good for others.

then item was nerfed so that sona can find it just good not so OP. which led to the item being underused for the other champions.
even when you stack it and proc it 2 or 3 times, the results are like 150 healing and 150 damage.

i think the item was in better spot when it was just healing (athene’s unholy grail version). when the item was going for only healing it was meaningful number that the player felt and liked (what would an enchanter enjoy more than more healing?).

and i think enchanter players will like 300 healing over 150 heal + 150 damage.

I agree with you 100%. I was so hyped when they announced that Athene will return in some form and we got… this. It’s not satisfying at all, both the dmg and heal are so small, it’s almost unnoticable. Old Athene felt so good when you could actually see your heal being almost doubled. And now they’re removing the mana regene to AP conversion passive, another big and iconic part of the old item, in exchange for what? Three stacks instead of two? And they made another item just around that passive with almost no additional benefits. Let’s take already lame item and split it into two even worse ones. It’s not like most supports alread can barely afford 2-3 full items per avarage game.
