While Caedrel had a decent length as a pro player, his results aren’t that great, with his highest result in the LEC splits being 7th. And yet, watching his stream shows he has very good knowledge of the game, being able to correctly predict picks and bans, understand team plans in game, call out what they should do before they actually do it, and even predict plays. There was a minor one a few weeks ago where a Renekton was chasing down a Kennen, and he said “he’ll dash through the wave then flash stun auto” in an extremely nonchalant voice as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. It happened exactly as he said, and the casters and crowd went mental, and Caedrel didn’t even blink.
Seeing someone who didn’t make waves as a pro player being so knowledgeable about the game really highlights the skill gap when you are talking about the best players in the world, and it’s something I haven’t seen anyone else point out.
the casters and crowd went mental because silvers don’t see what is blatantly obvious, as a caster you have to cast for the audience, i can guarantee you that casters unless they are low elo trash also see plays like this as obvious as they are.
all your examples of knowledge basically scream silver, pick-bans are more or less obvious because at pro level only like max 50% of champs are viable and once you see first bans let alone picks you can easily predict what is going to happen next.
but whatever, 90% upvoted in this pp-riding thread with examples that silvers wet themselves over is hilarious how skilled reddit is.
i wish there was verification process for everyone that wants to make a thread to show what elo they represent because how can you take reddit seriously if this is 90% upvoted.
Imagine, you, average silver redditor saw a thread like: wow, immobile squishy champion in toplane with no flash , while at 20% hp and close to enemy tower, got ganked! and it worked! wow this jugler is so skilled how did he know he would kill him! And you see a thread like this 90% upvoted, with all the comments praising the jungler for his skill in prediction for that play etc.
thats how it feels to read reddit r/leagueoflegends nowadays,
f this i get brain damage looking at this silver infested swamp
