Interested in a certain industry. I started having conversations with customers and business owners in this sector so thus learnt a lot about it. I came to know about a number of points where this industry can be made efficient and more organized. So now I have a list of problems talked about it these interviews.
What shall I do next? Should I start with an MVP or are there any more actions that I have missed?
keep asking more questions, start to plan a solution, ask ppl about the viability of the solution, if you’re still getting enthusiastic responses start modelling out a MVP or some lo-fi way to show how your business would work. test it with a willing customer, if it works, try and optimise the product and test it with 3 more customers. if that works, optimise more, test with 10 paying customers and so on…
