Is anyone else experiencing issues with MSG+?

For the most part it works fine on my AppleTV, but when I attempt to watch on my iPad or phone I get a request to connect to my TV provider, (without entering any information) the next screen says I’m already connected to my TV provider and doesn’t move forward to show the game. Each time I select the watch game live option this happens.

    I actually have an android phone and I get the same experience/ error message.

    Did you use an internet browser on your laptop?
