I want to hear any educated guesses/opinions on what you guys think Valve’s strategy for Dota is…

I don’t know what they’re thinking. Removing Battle Pass to prevent players from spending too much? Absurd argument! Why don’t just reduce the cost? Lacks of Battle Pass also decrease the prize pool for the TI which is one of the biggest marketing events they have. I’m not sure what their game plan is here. There is no way these decisions are centric. I don’t believe they do this because they don’t want our money… Are they planning to move on?..
