I will fully acknowledge that I am a massive homer and ride or die with our QBs (still love Darnold).

Even so, I cannot help but think Zach is partially a scapegoat here. To me, I’m watching the worst O line I’ve ever seen get blown up every play. I’m watching our WRs drop the ball and get 0 seperation outside of GW (who needs to stop fumbling), and I’m watching an undisciplined team commit 1 billion penalties every drive.

Has Zach played well? Not really. But I don’t think anyone would on this squad. To me, this lies squarely on the coaching staff and the GM for fielding a historically dog shit product.

This is a shitty undisciplined team and don’t let Zach underperforming distract you from the fact that the offense sucks donkey ass and that is on Saleh and JD MORE THAN ANYONE.

Yes our offense is historically bad. The Broncos offense last year was also historically bad. What’s the correlation there?

Hackett is the core of the issue of you like it or not. Yes, having Zach and this bad oline does not help it. Hackett made a future hall of fame QB look AWFUL last year.
