2014 Audi A6 Quattro TDI Premium Plus unknown issue

I need help trying to find a leak I brought it in to the mechanic 3x already can’t they seem to find the source of the leak.

Replaced Water pump
Replaced Oil Cooler
Replaced Thermostat
Ordered Oil Filter Housing (has a bad thermostat)

We lifted the car and couldn’t find any hoses or lines leaking fluids but then the belt slips off with some sort of red/ Black / muddy oil substance, don’t know if it’s Engine oil, Trans Oil , Power steering fluid being sprayed all across the skid plate and the serpentine belt… if anyone has had this issue please let me know so o can lift the car again and find the source of the fluid leak.

Car been very well maintained

201k miles , did all the repairs and maintenance at a local shop

Look at my comment in general above or below, I put in a lot of parts to order, no leaks on the front of the engine bay it’s by the cooler itself
