Should I remove it and patch or just leave it? It’s been in there about a month and have no money for a new one and won’t for a while. It slowly leaks and i refill every week.

I’d probably use a rope plug. I use extra glue with it and none have failed me yet. Most tire makers won’t approve of them tho.
