This team is starting to gel and heat up at the right time. Eventhough we have been decimated with injuries to key players, stumbled through multiple tough nailbiting losses, dealt with inexcusable miscues left and right, and witnessed growing pains of the likes we haven’t seen in a decade+, the team has stayed locked in as a unit heading into a very tough stretch of the schedule with everything to play for.

Have we looked great this year? Not at all, have we looked good at times including during the recent stretch of games? Absolutely, and our QB is coming off the best game of his young career. We need a primetime performance from our signal caller, young playmaking receivers, and most importantly our defense in a very hostile environment with our RB room absolutely gutted. A Packers win on Thanksgiving will send reverberations throughout the entire NFL landscape and would put us 1 game out of the final NFC Wild Card spot. Without getting too optimistic, go and look at Seattle’s schedule. We also play MN again this year, albeit on the road.

Sitting at 8th in the NFC standings in a throwaway year, a major opportunity is on the horizon for Jordan and this young team. Do I expect them to win, not really, but if they do I think it’s time our front office locks Love in to a real contract. The price isn’t going to get any better in the future, and it will alleviate a lot of the pressure that’s currently on him this season and next.

These Packer players clearly support each other, it’s time for the fanbase to stop being petty and sour and to do the same, enjoy your fandom, and get behind these young guys including our leader and future star QB.

I just want to see the offense keep gelling. Our NCAA secondary is gonna get picked apart.
