1st off, sorry that someone declined a gift from you especially a pair of shoes. That’s not very kind of them, but nevertheless, you could post them up for sale and recoup some money back. Some great places to try and sell are Ebay and Goat. Just setup an account, post them up and see if you get any bites. Best of luck.
