I wonder if there are devices for intercommunicating from device to phone. I want to put it near the door bell to allow duplex communications with any phone. I imagine it to use some messenger (well, I prefer telegraph) or a some self-hosted VoIP protocol. If needed, I have external IP (on a small server) to operate, but I don’t want any 24/7 spying software from a closed proprietary solution.

Are there any devices to do so for reasonable money?
