The voting starts on 12/20. While I personally will be voting for other Heat players as well like Jimmy and Herro because I’m biased, Bam legitimately deserved it. Getting Bam into the game as a starter can help send a message to the media that Bam needs more attention for what he’s doing. Even if it’s a 0.5% chance that it helps his exposure, it’s worth a little effort from each of us to help him have a better chance at All NBA/DPOY.

For all of the hard work and dedication both Bam and this organization have put in to give us so many incredible memories, this is something easy (and free) that we can do to help give back. Zero excuses for all of us not voting every day (voting lasts about 30 days) when the time comes. This sub has enough people in it to legitimately move the needle.

Here are some ideas for ensuring we get as many votes as possible:

• MODS - Maybe we can get a post pinned with links for where/how to vote closer to when that date comes around?
• All of us should definitely put in daily calendar reminders or alarms depending on what works for you.
• Anyone who is engaged on other social media platforms (i.e. Heat twitter) can help by spreading the word there when the time comes.
