So if Geno Smith starts tomorrow and our gameplan doesn’t change to protect his arm we’re completely screwed in this game.

Pete on Monday during his radio interview downplayed the fluttering passes from Geno on the last drive. Which made me nervous but I think Waldron is a horrible OC who can’t adjust to what defenses are doing.

Tomorrow I’m giving him the chance to change my mind. If he goes out there and alters the game plan and shows that he can play to the strengths of the personnel I’ll know I’m wrong.

I think he goes out there tomorrow shows why he’s bad. Keeps trying plays to push the ball downfield and Geno ends the day with 2+ interceptions because his arm isn’t 100%. Part of his job as a OC is to recognize limitations.

In a perfect world I want to see short quick passes and a mix of run and pass in play action. If we hold the ball we’re going to get absolutely blown up.

If Waldron comes out and proves me wrong. 27-24 Seahawks.

If I’m right 31-17 49ers.

I agree in some ways. But if our Oline plays like they have been, Waldron can scheme up the greatest game plan of all time and we still will probably lose
