it took my about 8ish years… a lot of trial and error… but I always grew revenue year by year… I fully plan to net 6 figures monthly in the near future.
2.I never had a true mentor tbh… this actually filled me with a lot of resentment for a long time tbh… but I honestly came to the conclusion no one was coming to save me and I needed to kill the lion myself. I’ve been fortunate to be around high net worth successful people as clients though and have been able to get some solid advice here and there. I do want to say however I’m not under any illusion I did this all by myself…. I had help… people that fed me when I couldn’t afford food, the owner of the first studio I worked at letting me sleep there when I didn’t have a home even though he didn’t know me at all…. No one succeeds alone… but at the end of the day it has to be you… it’s your war to win. I do read business literature also… idk how god his rep is but Alex Hermozi’s books were honestly a god send in many ways.

My gym is highly curated and creates a comfortable private environment to train with me… my app is and insanely user friendly system that gamifies progress and I take a personal vestment in each of my clients and txt them almost everyday to check in and encourage them to keep implementing the plan and let them know someone truly cares and is in their corner. Making a big change like many people come to me for can be intimidating so I try to cover every base I possibly can to make set people up for success. It boils down to expert knowledge and passion, extreme personal care and accountability in addition to cut glass systems for me.
