The only scenario where Nice qualify and instead get banned is if man utd finish higher in the prem than Nice do in ligue 1

What about Man City and Girona? And isn’t Liverpool and AC Milan have the same owners to some level?
Wont happen, you have both Red Bull clubs in Salzburg and Leipzig playing in the UCL every season. I think UEFA will buckle and allow stuff like this to happen.
